Orders and Shipping
Completed orders can take up to 2-5 business days.
Click on the ‘My Account’ button to create an account.
Alternatively you can create an account on the check out screen.
An email will be send to you in order to create a password for your account.
Log in to your account.
In your profile you can change your address in the address section.
Log in to your account using your username and password. From the account page you can view your order history.
We DO NOT keep your payment records online. All payments are processed through Paypal.
VAT is charged at 20%.
We currently ship to Northern Ireland, Ireland and the United Kingdom.
Depending on what you have ordered, items may come in more than one package.
If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
Only items that are defective or sent in error can be returned. In this situation you will be offered a replacement or a credit note, written permission must be obtained in advance.
